1 ON 1 PERSONAL TRAINING

The best way to begin your fitness journey is with this 1 on 1 personal training plan that includes more than a workout! Clients have the option to meet with me 2-4 times a week (30 min or 1 hour sessions) to ensure executuion of proper form and movements. All clients receive measurements, initial and on going photo check ins to show off progress! Additionally, I assist beyond the weights, as you will also receive nutritional coaching and advice.

ONLINE PROGRAMMING

This is the perfect plan for someone who is comfortable in the gym but unsure of what to do. You will receive 4-5 workouts weekly through an amazing user friendly app called True Coach. If you are local we will still meet to complete measurments and photos, if not I suggest doing them on your own. This plan is still specific to you and your goals, no two online programs are the same. With this plan you have the option to add nutritional coaching.

NUTRITION COACHING

Nutrition is an essential part of your fitness journey. In this plan you will receive guidance on changing habits, creating new ones, knowledge on calories and macros and the accountability to commit to your goals! All my clients are welcome to join me on Band app to be held accountable and have the LV FIT community cheer for you!
